Who can apply
ECRO actively supports young researchers. Please, renew your yearly membership (January-December) or submit your membership application. Please note that one student/lab will be granted for each fellowship type. Preference will be given to students who are the presenting author of an abstract when applying for meeting attendance. No applicant will be granted twice for the same type of fellowship.

Deadlines*
For any event: March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, December 31st. At least 6 weeks before the event.

Request letter stating the objectives to be achieved

Curriculum Vitae and publication list

Supporting letter from the Supervisor or Department Head

Abstract to be presented at the meeting or an outline of the purpose of the visit to a laboratory

Letter of acceptance from the Organiser when attending an event (meeting, school, course) where the number of admitted participants are limited.
File format
Use preferably WORD files. File names must start with the family name of the applicant.
Submission
Send your application by e.mail using the option for receiving an automatic receipt confirmation. Address it to the General Secretary of ECRO: Dr Didier Trotier.
Please, note that incomplete or late applications will not be processed.
